Building and assembling works

ОАО «PMK-216», being a part of the engineer-constructing holding, performs all the scope of building and assembling works, namely:

• earth works of different degrees of complexity, including arrangement of ground bedding by layer-by-layer consolidation method, grounds layout
• arrangement of bases under foundations, placement of foundations, laying of concrete floors
• placement of strip and cast-in-place foundations
• laying of concrete floors
• construction of roads and driveways (both cast-in-place and prefabricated)
• construction of storage buildings for various product types
• construction of treatment facilities, as well as water supply facilities (both utility and fire-preventing)
• construction of enterprises’ plant floors and infrastructure (office buildings, transformer substations, boiler rooms, etc.)
• construction of communications, assembly of water supply, sewage, power supply, heat supply networks
• all kinds of construction-finishing works — both exterior and interior.

ОАО «PMK-216» possesses all the necessary equipment for performing the complete scope of building-assembling works: bulldozers, excavators, dumpers, autocranes, trailers with tractors and platforms for transporting construction equipment and large-size cargo, inclined-axis mixers with the volume of 5-6 m3, rollers for asphalt and broken stone laying, graders and other special-utility vehicles.

The enterprise has all the necessary licenses and permits for performing design, geodesic, geologic and building-assembling works, cargo and passenger transportation.
